HUMAN TRAFFICKING (MODERN DAY SLAVERY)

When we hear the word slave trade, the first thoughts that comes to our minds, are the colonial era's of different countries around the world. It is interested to note that SLAVERY, is almost as

old as humans. Cast your minds back to bible times, when people had slaves for many reasons and for some, as a measure of their Wealth. Slavery usually takes two forms,

- Voluntary Slavery
- Involuntary Slavery. 

Regards of the form it takes, slavery is slavery, and should not be encourage in any way. One reason for this conclusion is that God made us as FREE MORAL AGENTS, with the ability to make DECISIONS independent of others, though he has the power to make us like ROBOTS and SLAVES. This gift of God should not be traded for anything on earth. 

Though there is currently no open market in the world where slaves are openly bought and sold, how ever, there is a modern form of slave trade that is be coming a big problem around the world especially in AFRICA. A recent discovery by CNN shows that our belove EDO STATE, is the head quarters of HUMAN TRAFFICKING in AFRICA, very SAD.
Several factors has been identified as the cause of this sad situation, one of it is HARSH GOVERNMENT POLICIES. 

Also identified as one of the solutions to this evil act is CHANGING OUR MINDSET. We must all work together to put an end to this societal Issues. YES, IT'S POSSIBLE.
